POLICIES

Please familiarise yourself with my policies before any upcoming appointments.

  • I hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will incur a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost. If you ‘no show’ your appointment you will incur a charge of 100% of the total treatment cost. Failure to pay cancellation fees means you will not be booked back in until these have been paid.

Cancellations can be made through your booking confirmation email, or by contacting me on Instagram or Facebook.

  • I often work back to back with appointments, so I kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to ensure following appointments are not affected.

If you are 15+ minutes late, I may have to alter your appointment (i.e. if you have booked nail art we would need to simplify it) or I may not be able to do your treatment at all and you will still be charged.

  • Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are unhappy with the service you received please let me know during your appointment or soon after, and I will correct it accordingly.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or given to someone else. You do not need to use the full voucher amount in the one appointment.

My diary fills around 2 months in advance so I recommend booking ahead to ensure you can use your voucher before its expiry date.

  • Pricing reflects my years of training, experience and skill. I use high quality tools, products and equipment to ensure a high quality service is provided.

I reserve the right to adapt pricing in line with inflation.

  • It is important that you disclose all medical history honestly in your consultation form as some treatments may not be suitable or may need to be adapted slightly.

All personal information provided is kept in a password-protected folder in line with the Data Protection Act.

  • The Data Protection Act 2018 gives the client the right to have access to any information stored about them and ask how it is used.

I refer to consultation forms only when necessary.

  • Salon hygiene is extremely important to me. I sanitise and disinfect all used tools between each client, before wiping the desk down with anti-bacterial solution. I use latex gloves during all treatments and fresh couchroll for all treatments. I also use fresh barbicide each day for e-file drill bits.

  • I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, intoxicated or where health may be affected. For example, having a nail infection but wanting product applied anyway.
